The first day of school for students in Wednesday, August 16th! Here is some information to help you be prepared for the first day of school:
Back to School Meet & Greet
We will be having a Meet & Greet on Monday, August 14th, from 5 - 7pm for all grade levels! This is a chance to meet teachers & staff, learn about clubs & athletics programs at Winburn, and receive your class schedules!
Plus, we will be having food trucks available!
We look forward to seeing all our Warrior Family!

Winburn's Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) is here to support all students succeed and have a great experience at Winburn. Some of the PTSA's many recent initiatives & accomplishments are:
- Organized the 2023 Snowball Dance -- the first schoolwide dance since COVID
- Organized a donation drive to provide healthy snack bags to all students during State Testing Week
- Provided a connection to a variety of community partners, including: Northside Library, City of Lexington local government, Lexington Parks & Rec, Habitat for Humanity, OneLex, the Carnegie Center of Lexington, and many more!

School Schedule
Each day, our doors open to students at 8:35am. Bus riders may enter through the front doors. Car riders may enter through the doors closest to the Cafeteria. Students may grab a free breakfast item, stop by their lockers, and prepare for class.

These items will help your child be successful in class. These items can easily be found at a variety of local retailers including Wal-Mart, Dollar General, Meijer, and Kroger.
